Hello everyone, I’ve recently started using Dynobird for my team’s database designing needs and I must say, it’s been quite a revelation. However, I’m currently facing some issues with the ‘Organization’ feature. I’m unsure of how to create an organization for my team. Can an admin or any experienced user help me out?

Hello and welcome to the Dynobird community! It’s great to hear that you’re finding Dynobird useful. Creating an organization in Dynobird is a straightforward process. You start by going to the ‘File’ menu located in the top menu bar. From there, click on ‘Explore’. This will redirect you to a new screen where you’ll be able to manage your organizations.

Thank you for the quick response. I’ve followed your instructions and I’m now on the ‘Explore’ screen. However, I’m not sure what to do next. Could you guide me further?

Absolutely! On the ‘Explore’ screen, you should see a plus (+) icon. Click on it and a popup titled ‘Organization Creator’ will appear. This is where you’ll be able to create a new organization.

I see. I’ve opened the ‘Organization Creator’ popup. It’s asking me to fill in the ‘Organization Name’. Should I just put in the name of my team?

Yes, that’s correct. The ‘Organization Name’ field is where you enter the name you want for your organization. It could be your team’s name or any name that you feel represents your group effectively.

In the email field, enter the email addresses of your team members. They will receive an invitation to join your organization. It’s important to note that they’ll need to accept this invitation from their email in order to join your organization.

This is really helpful. I’m going to fill in my team members’ email addresses and send out the invitations. Thank you for guiding me through this process.
