I’m sorry to hear your teammate is facing this issue. One possibility could be that the invitation email ended up in their spam or junk folder, so they should check there. If it’s not there, you could try re-entering their email address and resend the invitation again in member management like this screen. If the issue persists, it might be a good idea to confirm that the email address you have for them is correct. Let me know how it goes!

I’m happy to inform you that we’ve recently implemented a fix for this problem. The ABOUT button should now be functioning properly on both Google Chrome (Version 114.0.5735.198) and Mozilla Firefox (115.0.1).

When i import there are some unidentified characters. this causes encoding format when export creates table schema.

I this there is more another wrong character.

I try to fix with encoding format using UTF8 and it work 😊
